One standard rate covers move-out cleaning, move-in cleaning, and light maid service.

A deposit equal to the 2-hour minimum is required to book and is applied to your final bill. You only pay for the actual time used at the hourly rate for your crew size. Any remaining balance is due the same day once the cleaning is complete.
All card deposits are processed securely through Stripe, the same payment system we use for our moving help services. Cleaning appointments follow the same reschedule and cancellation policy as our moving crews.
Note: Supplies and equipment can be provided or we can use yours. Parking, excessive clutter, or heavily soiled areas may increase total time needed.

You can reschedule your move, but short-notice changes affect our schedule and your crew's ability to work other jobs.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call or text us as soon as possible so we can work with you and keep your crew on track.
Yes. Same-day moves require extra scheduling flexibility, so we charge a flat $75 same-day booking fee when you schedule for today's date.
If your move is flexible, booking at least one day ahead can help you avoid the fee and gives us more options to get you the perfect time slot.
No — Swift Lyft is labor-only. You provide the truck or moving vehicle, and we handle the loading/unloading and optional packing/unpacking.
We require a 2-hour minimum for all bookings. Time starts when our crew arrives on-site.
Yes, our crew can disassemble and reassemble most standard furniture pieces (beds, tables, etc.) as part of your booked time.
Customers must supply their own pads, shrink wrap, tape, and boxes. If you’re unsure what to buy, note it in your booking — we’ll advise exactly what you’ll need.
